through structured interviews or by using other methods (Assessment Centre,
Individual Assessment). During an interview, our consultants put together a
record of work experience, education and skills, evaluate personality and candidate’s
interest for a change, and identify candidate’s motivation.
Process of Recruiting and Selection
- Client’s needs, means of realization and outputs specification, company’s
available sources analysis
- Job position specification and potential candidate profile description
- Suitable candidates search using following sources:
- Active labour market search
- Personal database of candidates (according to specific position requirements)
- Successful candidate search for particular position comprises:
- In-depth interviews with selected candidates conducted by our consultants.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of relevant personal data and complex
candidate’s evaluation processing.
- Psychological diagnostics and HR tests (ICL, Kilman‘s test, D-M-V, KAI, Voel‘s test)
are used in the recruiting process.
- Finally, detailed and systematic candidate’s profile including consultant’s comment
represents the output for the client.
- Presentation of selected candidates.
